Before making a withdrawal request you might be interested to know what are the minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal amounts and processing time for a particular withdrawal method.

If you wish to withdraw funds, in the first place a withdrawal request must be created, and here is how you can do it:
- Go to my "My Profile";
- On the left panel, click the "Transactions" button;
- Select the available withdrawal option.
Please note that for some withdrawal methods to appear in withdrawal options, must be linked to your Betsofa profile.
You can link the payment method by making a deposit from it.
It might be useful to know that generally, requests for withdrawal of funds are processed within 2-3 hours during the business hours of 11:00 to 20:00 Greenwich time, Monday through Sunday. However, under circumstances of increased workload, this time can be slightly increased.
